The Craniofrontonasal dysplasia is a new dominantly inherited syndrome in which ocular hypertelorism and coronal synostosis are striking feature.
This report describes clinical finding of one female patient who has plagiocephaly, orbital hypertelorism, nasal tip cleft, cutaneous syndactyly, clinodactyly, sloping of shoulder, and hypoulasia of pectoralis muscle.
